Our Time Matters, and So Does Yours

At Spear Point Mobile Marine, we do our best to provide reliable, on-time mobile marine service throughout the Florida Keys. Because we come directly to you, each appointment requires dedicated travel time, scheduling, preparation, and availability.

To keep our schedule fair for every customer, we ask that all clients review and understand the following booking and cancellation policy.

Service Fee Due at Booking

Your service fee is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable once your appointment is scheduled.

24-Hour Reschedule Notice

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time to reschedule.

Why Notice Matters

Advance notice allows us to offer that appointment time to another customer who may be waiting for service.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel or need to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a new appointment will require a new service fee at the time of rebooking.
